Bellingham Repertory Dance presents December Dance Days, a festive series of dance classes during the holiday season. From December 5 - January 2, BRD members and guest instructors will offer classes every Sunday at the Firehouse Arts and Events Center. We hope you will join us!

Join Bellingham Repertory Dance for a contemporary class with guest instructor and BRD alum, Jess Zoller! Jess is working with the current members to set her piece "we go here, we go there," which will be performed at the Firehouse in March 2022. Her class on Sunday, December 5 will lead each student through a series of exercises and phrases that allow for improvisation, exploration of space, and music to make you smile. We'll move in and out of the floor and work to a culminating combination at the end of class. Come ready to sweat!

Jess Zoller received her MFA in dance from the University of Oregon where she was a graduate teaching fellow from 2012-2015. She earned her BFA in dance performance and choreography from Western Washington University. She has performed and collaborated with Pam Kuntz, Bellingham Repertory Dance Company, Portland Opera, Lane Hunter Dance, Lauren Edson, Wanderlust Circus, Pelu Theatre, Shannon Mockli, AWOL Dance Collective, Polaris Dance Theatre, Katie Scherman, Emily Running and Trevor Wilde. Jess has choreographed for Sojourn Theatre's How to End Poverty in 90 Minutes, Relay Dance Collective, Cirque Love Love, Polaris Dance Theatre, Pacific Lutheran University, and Bellingham Repertory Dance Company. In 2018, Jess performed and choreographed for Ten Tiny Dances in collaboration with musician Jana Crenshaw. Jess is instructor at Saint Mary’s Academy and directs the Saint Mary's Academy Dance Collective. Jess is a member of Flock and Ela Fala Collective in Portland, OR.
